Station 50 Construction – Sign-In / Sign-Out Requirement

By now, most members have likely heard that construction will soon begin at Station 50. While work is underway, there will be some disruption to normal access. This is necessary, as the site will be considered an active worksite during construction.

As a result, the Club will be reinstating a practice that has fallen by the wayside in recent years: mandatory sign-in for all activities and visits.

Many members are familiar with the sign-in sheet used at General Meetings. In support of the upcoming construction, the log will now be enhanced to include both Time In and Time Out.

Those who volunteer at the MMA will recognize this approach.

The new log sheets will look similar to the example below:

A logbook will be present at all Club locations. 

Sign-in and sign-out will be required for all visits, events, and activities.

Members with or without access passes are:

• Required to sign in and sign out for each visit
• Members are encouraged to swipe their access card on every visit, even if the doors are already open

Access cards that show no activity over time may be disabled.

Logbooks will be deployed to shortly. Please look for the new logbooks on your next visit and help us ensure compliance.
