Looking Ahead: Exciting Events on the Horizon for 2024

As we look ahead, several exciting events are on the horizon that promise to make 2024 a memorable year for
our club. We have Youth on the Air, the Down East Flea Market, and summer Parks on the Air (POTA) events
to look forward to, which will offer us unique opportunities to connect with fellow enthusiasts and showcase
our passion for amateur radio.
Youth on the Air provides us with a chance to engage with the next generation of amateur radio operators,

sharing our knowledge and experiences to inspire and educate young minds. It’s a fantastic opportunity to fos-
ter a love for amateur radio and ensure its future.

The Down East Flea Market is always a highlight. It brings together radio enthusiasts from across the region
for a day of buying, selling, and trading equipment and accessories. It’s a great way to find that special gear
you’ve been looking for or connect with others who share your interests.
Our summer POTA events will allow us to take our hobby outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature while still

engaging in our passion for amateur radio. These events are fun and a great way to test our skills and equip-
ment in different environments.
