Amateur Radio Adventures Await in 2024: President’s Update

As we usher in the new year of 2024, it is with great excitement and anticipation that I address you as
the President of our esteemed club. The past year, 2023, has been a remarkable journey for us, marked
by numerous events and activities that have truly enriched our amateur radio experiences. Today, I wish
to reflect on our accomplishments and set our sights on an even more successful and fulfilling 2024.
Our dedicated executive team came together to review the events and initiatives of 2023, meticulously
assessing what worked seamlessly and what presented challenges. This introspection was crucial in
helping us identify areas where improvements were needed and where we could make our club even
better. With unwavering commitment, we now turn our gaze towards the coming year, poised to build
upon our strengths and embrace new opportunities.

From our cherished coffee meet-ups to our engaging building sessions and enlightening guest speakers,
we’ve enjoyed a year filled with camaraderie, learning, and fun activities. The heart of our club lies
within each member, and our shared enthusiasm fuels our journey. Our 2024 executive is brimming with
enthusiasm, dedicated to fostering growth, and determined to meet the diverse needs of our
membership.

As we stand on the threshold of 2024, our hearts are filled with excitement for the incredible plans we

dedicated and passionate members. Our club’s success hinges on the active participation and support of

Our club, already the largest and most active in eastern Canada, owes its success to those who have
selflessly offered their help and support it over the years.
