2026 Brit Fader Scholarship Award
The Halifax Amateur Radio Club is pleased to announce that Sarah Aspen, VA1ASP, and Avrick Lachlan Gibson, VE3OUM, have each been awarded the 2026 Brit Fader Scholarship.

The Brit Fader Scholarship Trust was founded by the Halifax Amateur Radio Club in 1993 in honour of Brit Fader, VE1FQ, a long time radio amateur and community volunteer and HARC lifetime member who passed in 1990. The Trust is a registered charity in Canada. Donations are encouraged and should be made payable to Brit Fader Scholarship Trust and accompanied by the donation form found under “JOIN HARC” tab in the HARC website.
